Job Overview

As a strategic operations lead at Primary Care Management Solutions Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our dynamic and forward-thinking NHS GP practice. With a strong focus on business development and operational management, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of practice functionality, ensuring that staff achieve their primary responsibilities and providing managerial leadership to the wider practice team. You will also be involved in developing and implementing effective systems for the resolution of disciplinary and grievance issues, as well as maintaining an effective overview of HR legislation.

A key aspect of this role will be to manage the financial elements of the practice, including budgets, petty cash, and seeking to maximise income and reduce expenditure. You will also be responsible for briefing partners on all financial matters, including forecasting, and ensuring that the practice has appropriate insurance cover.

We are looking for an individual with experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams, performance management, and successfully developing and implementing projects. A leadership and/or management qualification is essential, and relevant health and safety experience would be desirable.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the practice. A good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
