About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Divisional PA to join our team at Churchill Living, a leading provider of housing for the over 60s. Based at our stunning Head office in Ringwood, Hampshire, this role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our team in Hampshire. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes, improving productivity and reducing costs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability
