About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join our team in Berkshire, working on allocated cases and conducting assessments to meet statutory requirements.
Main Duties:
- Manage complex cases of children, families, and parenting.
- Work within West Berkshire policies and good practice guidelines.
- Support children, families, and communities to make informed decisions.
- Recognise and assess risk, escalating information to managers as needed.
- Stay up to date with children's social work legislation and evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
- Social work qualification or equivalent.
