About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate offers and agree new tenancies, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
  • Canvass the local area to generate new business

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages
  • Good telephone manner and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
