Overview

Spicerhaart is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals to maximize rental income
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Managing deposits and resolving rental arrears to minimize financial losses
  • Processing eviction requests in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
