A typical day as a Property Management Executive at Spicerhaart

  • Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
  • Coaching the team to meet KPIs
  • Monitoring and evaluating individual team performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Fostering team development and growth
  • Emphasizing on generating new and repeat business
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Coordinating with Tenants for property viewings based on their requirements
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing new tenancies
  • Ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Key Skills of a Property Management Executive

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher
  • Team player fostering a positive working environment
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans
