Opportunity to Thrive in a Sustainable Kitchen Environment

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hotel near Canterbury.

This is a unique opportunity to work with homegrown and locally sourced ingredients to produce classic and creative dishes.

In this role, you will oversee one of four kitchen sections, rotating through each to gain a varied and effective knowledge of service.

As a passionate and skilled chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cuisine while learning and growing within our dynamic kitchen environment.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35,243.52 per annum (inclusive of tronc) plus paid overtime.
