Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Provide coaching and training to colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction and experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in a related field.
- Strong technical and mechanical ability or experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A current valid driving license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
