Academy Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site personnel, including direct and sub-contracted labour, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Control individual contract progress, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely completion and minimal claims for loss and expense.
- Ensure site operations meet company and client quality standards, with a focus on health and safety, staff management, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize absenteeism and labour turnover, and to continuously improve site operations and personnel development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery, and to identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment and maintenance, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop site personnel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Desirable: DBS enhanced, First Aid, and a company vehicle or car allowance.
