Job Title: Apprentice Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at House Recruiting. As an Apprentice Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing residential London properties, conducting property inspections, and ensuring all properties are safety compliant with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential London properties, including property inspections and maintenance records
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth property management
  • Ensure all properties are safety compliant with current regulations
  • Collaborate with the Accounts and Lettings teams internally
  • Report to the head of department

Requirements:

ARLA qualified ideally, with a good understanding of what is required of a professional Property Manager. You will also have worked in a similar role before and have a good understanding of the industry.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000 basic, plus a £5,500 bonus on top. Hybrid working after probation, Monday to Friday, and no driving licence required.
