Child Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Child Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Professional in our multi-agency child protection team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in delivering complex court proceedings. They will work closely with families, chairing updated child protection conferences, and contributing to the development and review of plans.
Responsibilities:- Statutory Responsibilities: Deliver the service in accordance with statutory responsibilities set out in the Children Act 1989 and other relevant legislation.
- Needs Assessments: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments of children, identifying areas requiring intervention and support.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with multi-agency teams, including Safeguarding Together teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Direct Work: Engage in direct work with children and families to progress plans and achieve positive outcomes.
- Competitive Salary: An estimated annual salary of £40,000, dependent on experience.
