The estimated annual salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to our service users in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our service users, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a care-related role, preferably in a live-in capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues alike.
  • A valid DBS check and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
