We are seeking a talented Quality and Excellence Leader to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA.

This exciting role will provide an opportunity for the right candidate to lead and inspire excellence in quality, safety, and health across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a robust QSH strategy, ensuring compliance with local food safety and H&S legislation, and promoting safe behaviors throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing QSH input to the local business strategy, including strategic decisions and company priority setting.
  • Driving initiatives leading to continuous improvement in QSH performance, aligned with the Nestle Continuous Excellence mindset.
  • Establishing the appropriate QSH network in line with the operational plan (OP).
  • Managing and complying with the HR and Line Manager's Planning Cycle.
  • Ensuring the consistent application of the company local Quality, Safety & Health policy, Nestle, and Nespresso instructions for Quality, Safety, and Health.
  • Leading the Management Review of QSH.
  • Ensuring the Integrated Management System is kept up-to-date and reviewed for continuous improvement.
  • Accurate and timely reporting on Safety & Health matters.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Certification as a business that is compliant with relevant frameworks and policies.
  • A proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated management capability, including the ability to coach, engage, and influence.
  • Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Auditor training (Internal/Lead Auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
  • Membership of a professional body (i.e., IOSH).

We offer a competitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000, depending on experience, plus a 17% car allowance, potential bonus, and other fantastic benefits, including a Nespresso Coffee Machine and capsule allowance.
