Kitchen Team Leader

Kitchen Management: As a Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter, you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchens. This will include training and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
About the Role: As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will also be responsible for managing food ordering, food preparation, and stock control. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,000-£48,000, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a 33% discount across all our brands, 20% discount for up to 5 friends and family, discounts on gym memberships, private medical and dental plans, team socials, and more.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of leading a team and developing a business. You may currently work as a commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef or the manager of an independent business. You will also need to be able to drive, in order to support business in your district whilst training.
