Job Description:

As a Sales Executive with Atlas Recruitment Group, you will be working with a dynamic defence company to identify new lead sources, contact prospects via various channels, and sell delegate participation packages for events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to discover prospective clients in the defence sector
  • Contact new prospects to understand their criteria for event participation and build strong relationships
  • Sell delegate participation packages for events and maintain accurate reporting documents
  • Collaborate closely with sponsorship, exhibition, and conference production teams to achieve shared goals
  • Utilise internal CRM and lead generation systems to streamline sales processes
  • Liaise with conference production team to ensure event information is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the armed services and defence sector, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to travel and attend conferences, social events, and meetings as required
• Independence to manage own book of prospects while working as part of a team

Benefits:
