Job Title: Area Sales Professional
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving growth targets in designated territories while promoting our company's reputation for professional excellence, rapid service, and technical innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business within targeted sectors, including composite and timber fire doors, retail, and trade sectors.
- Manage the distributor network efficiently.
- Identify new prospects and report opportunities to the Sales Director.
- Promote new product development opportunities to commercial clients and prospects.
- Achieve or exceed turnover targets for new and existing business.
About the Company: We are a leading manufacturer of multi-point locking systems, supplying innovative solutions direct to door and window manufacturers, architectural practices, and building contractors.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success selling solutions or products into the windows, doors, fenestration, and fabrication market.
- Excellent account management and new business development skills.
- Competent presenter able to promote the company's image professionally at all levels.
- Real 'can-do' attitude, self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.
