We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our Supported living service, providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities as a Female Support Worker include:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Performing basic daily tasks such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
  • Empowering individuals to access community facilities and engage in mainstream activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience within the care industry, ICSs or equivalent essential.
  • Previous experience Supporting people with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care needs and Challenging Behaviours.
  • A full UK Manual Driving Licence - Needed.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
