We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to support the busy Facilities Co-ordinator at our client's high-flying US law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the offices, including coordinating post, couriers, meeting rooms, and delegates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all aspects of office facilities, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance
  • Managing invoices and finance spreadsheets
  • Assisting with diary management, scheduling meetings, and room bookings
  • Dealing with queries by telephone, email, and in person
  • Processing expenses and invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors

The successful candidate will have a degree education and previous experience in facilities management within a law firm. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be dealing with management at all levels within the firm.

About Our Client

Our client is a highly successful international law firm that offers a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the firm's high standards and ensuring the smooth operation of the offices.
