Facilities Coordinator for a US Law Firm

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to support the busy Facilities Co-ordinator at our client's high-flying US law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the offices, including coordinating post, couriers, meeting rooms, and delegates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all aspects of office facilities, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance
- Managing invoices and finance spreadsheets
- Assisting with diary management, scheduling meetings, and room bookings
- Dealing with queries by telephone, email, and in person
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
The successful candidate will have a degree education and previous experience in facilities management within a law firm. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be dealing with management at all levels within the firm.
About Our ClientOur client is a highly successful international law firm that offers a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the firm's high standards and ensuring the smooth operation of the offices.
