Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Reliability Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company that is investing heavily in its future growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime incidents.
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager to specify and install new equipment for the site.
- Ensure that all maintenance techniques are followed on production equipment, including regular inspections and scheduled maintenance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvement plans and drive site-wide performance improvements.

**Requirements**
- Experience in leading an engineering team, preferably within the FMCG sector, to drive site-wide improvements.
- Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling processes.

**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
