Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced nurse to fill the position of Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist.

This role involves leading and supporting the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across Scotland and the North East of England.

You will be expected to work closely with the Managing Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues which arise.

A competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum is offered, along with a range of benefits including a company car, mobile phone, laptop, annual bonus, and learning and development opportunities.
