Job Title: Lettings Manager - East Yorkshire

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team in East Yorkshire. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the lettings department, including building and sustaining relationships with clients, landlords, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lettings department, including arranging and conducting property viewings, performing routine inspections, and supporting the marketing and promotion of rental properties.
  • Draft rental agreements and ensure properties meet compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Lettings experience is essential.
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Competent in new business generation and relationship building.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Property Mark Level 3 (MARLA).
What We Offer:
  • Salary to £30,000 DOE.

  • Monday-Friday 35 hours a week + 2 Saturday mornings a month.
