Job Title: Lettings Manager-East Yorkshire

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team in East Yorkshire.

The Role:
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients, landlords, and agencies.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Perform routine inspections of rented properties.
  • Support the marketing and promotion of rental properties.
  • Draft rental agreements and ensure properties meet compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage administrative tasks.
The Candidate:
  • Lettings experience is essential.
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Competent in new business generation and relationship building.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Property Mark Level 3 (MARLA).
The Package:
  • Salary to £30,000 DOE.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Monday-Friday 35 hours a week + 2 Saturday mornings a month.
  • Fantastic training offerings and support to gain PropertyMark Level 4.
