Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Group Executive Director of HR. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating calendars, work tasks, and overseeing agendas and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Group Executive Director of HR, including diary management, minute taking, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate calendars, work tasks, and agendas to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of the Group Executive Director of HR, including planning work schedules and meetings.
  • Act as a focal point for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, as well as staff.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing operational needs.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
