Human Resources Director

Moris Media, a global PR and digital marketing powerhouse, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to drive strategic HR initiatives and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with Moris Media's business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to talent development and succession planning.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments.
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain, and motivate the workforce.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment, address employee concerns proactively, and manage employee relations.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate HR-related risks specific to Moris Media.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of HR information systems to streamline HR processes and data management.
  • Track HR metrics and report on key data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and senior management.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management skills.
