Job Title: Engineering and Facilities Team Leader

Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Engineering and Facilities Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering hard services PPM and reactive services in a safe and secure manner in line with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a shift of engineers and subcontract resources to maintain, repair, and replace items including mechanical, electrical, and public health services along with building fabric.
  • Plan work to ensure it does not affect client business activities.
  • Undertake training and be appointed to the role of HV AP for the site.
Requirements:
  • Recognised electrical qualifications.
  • Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a business/broadcast critical environment.
  • Detailed operational understanding of facilities maintenance, soft services, hard services, and building services within a business critical environment.
  • Excellent IT skills including FM Management Information Systems (Maximo), MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Wide breadth of knowledge on mechanical electrical systems and building fabric repairs.
  • Sound commercial and financial awareness.
  • Experience managing a team of engineers.
  • Experience in supervising and controlling similar shifts.
  • Ability to produce detailed reports for internal and customer use.
  • Previous HV AP appointment in a similar environment with JSP375 experience.
  • Electrical Apprenticeship, 18th edition IEE, C&G 2391, BTEC.
