About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Wine Industry Marketing Lead to join our team at Chapel Down Group. The successful candidate will develop and lead our customer marketing plans, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth across the wine industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to make a significant impact on our business. If you have a proven track record in customer marketing, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and a passion for wine, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop our annual customer marketing strategy by working closely with the CMO, Sales Director, and senior sales team.
  2. Create and deliver highly impactful brand assets, including channel activation, shopper marketing activities, and branded merchandise/collateral.
  3. Build strong relationships and efficient ways of working, including building relationships with the sales team, maintaining and communicating the monthly marketing activity calendar, and representing the brand at relevant consumer/customer events.
  4. Premiumise brand experience by ensuring all activity adheres to brand guidelines and conveys the right brand messaging.

Location

This is a hybrid role based at Head Office, London, with occasional travel to other Chapel Down locations as required.
