About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Specialist to join our team at NewDay. As a key member of our Salesforce Platform team, you will play a critical role in delivering Marketing Cloud solutions and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult and support on Marketing Cloud delivery, functionality, technical architecture, and solutions.
  • Build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns and automations.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive technical solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud improvements and outages.
  • Perform robust quality assurance exercises across the Marketing Cloud journey, automation, SQL, and data integration setup.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the health of our journeys and automations, identifying and responding to incidents quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a solid understanding of functionality and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in owning projects from idea creation to execution.
  • Quality assurance skills.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript and financial services industry.
