About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Lead to join our team at WasteRecruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the integrated services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  2. Lead the sales drive into a wider integrated services business, providing waste management and soft facilities management services.
  3. Create and execute capture plans and key account plans to promote profitable business growth.
  4. Prepare and present service solutions via proposals, costings, and digital methods.
  5. Establish and deliver a robust sales funnel of opportunities aligned with business plans and strategy.
Requirements
  1. High-quality IT skills, including Microsoft Office, cloud-based CRM, digital marketing, and social selling applications.
  2. Ability to produce high-quality proposal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations from first principles.
  3. Experience in social and network selling methods using B2B applications like LinkedIn.
  4. Proven experience in establishing and using a cloud-based sales CRM and effective database.
  5. Several years of experience in the integrated facilities management service or waste management sector.
  6. Dynamic sales environment experience with a high field sales or key account content.
  7. Lead generation activities using telesales and digital methods.
  8. Experience in using a modern CRM system for pipeline and key account management.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus a relentless ability to generate new ideas and initiatives.
