Brendoncare Stildon is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team in providing high-quality meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for approximately 60+ people per day.
- Cater for staff meals, guests, visitors, and relatives of residents.
- Manage kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation, and ensure COSHH standards are exceeded.
- Deputise in the absence of the Chef Manager.
- Level 2 Food Safety Qualification.
- Commercial cooking experience.
- Competent in IT software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene, HACCP, and COSHH legislation.
- Extensive training and continual personal development.
- Meals provided while on duty.
- Free initial DBS check.
- Free parking (subject to availability).
- An Employee Assistance Programme offering 24-hour support.
