Job Title: Director of Clinical Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Services to join our team at Shire Healthcare. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the clinical services operation within our hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical staffing and hold ownership of clinical department budgets
  • Ensure clinical governance and promote positive working relationships within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deliver career pathways to clinical staff, including talent mapping and succession planning

Requirements:

Candidates must hold accreditation/registration with the relevant body and have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience, including previous management experience. Experience working within Acute or PICU settings is desirable, but not essential.
