Clinical Services Director

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead our adult Acute/PICU service in Nottinghamshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior clinical professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical services operation within the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered.
- Oversee clinical staffing, hold ownership of clinical department budgets, and ensure clinical governance.
- Promote positive and effective working relationships within the multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deliver career pathways to clinical staff, including talent mapping and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Accreditation/registration with the relevant body.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and previous management experience.
- Desirable experience of working within Acute or PICU settings.
