Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Inventory Clerk. This role involves conducting property inspections in London to produce detailed reports.

This position is ideal for those with an interest in property and flexibility to work independently or as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to work on various properties, develop your skills, and contribute to our company's success.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented, fluent in English, punctual, and possess a good eye for detail. You should also be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team, have a good sense of direction, and be happy to travel and be flexible within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections in London
  • Produce detailed inventory reports
  • Check tenants in and out of rental properties
