About the Role

This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage inventory records, scheduling, and documentation effectively. You will also need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing detailed inventory reports documenting all findings, including descriptions, conditions, and photographic evidence
  • Coordinating property inspections with tenants, landlords, and property management teams, ensuring all parties are informed and involved
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory databases, ensuring information is easily accessible and organised for reference
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to meticulously document property contents and conditions with high accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills to manage inventory records, scheduling, and documentation effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and property management teams
