We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our progressive estate agency based in Hackney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Owning allocated property portfolios and collaborating with colleagues to meet business needs.
  2. Maintaining regular contact with relevant branches to ensure alignment and cooperation between departments.
  3. Booking gas safety certificate renewals and ensuring all properties comply with current legislation.
  4. Booking check-out inspections and negotiating tenancy deposit releases to minimize disputes.
  5. Liaising with contractors to deliver repairs and maintenance works that meet high standards and timescales.
  6. Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing timely responses to their queries.
  7. Arranging property visits through third-party inventory clerks, identifying areas requiring attention, and implementing solutions to maximize rental income.
  8. Ensuring timely payment instructions for contractors, deposits, and landlord bills.

Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a 12-18 month contract, which could lead to a permanent position within our company.
