Your day will be filled with:

* Proactively managing a caseload of motor claims
* Maintaining accurate data on relevant case management systems
* Complying with set client SLAs
* Ensuring quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard
* Allocating new claims and setting strategies
* Carrying out supervisory tasks appropriate to level
* Assisting with training and mentoring junior team members
* Undertaking additional tasks provided by the Team Leader
* Attending client review meetings and assisting with client project work where applicable

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Minimum 5 years claims handling experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Supervisory experience is desirable
* The ability to manage your own volume workload via task management
* The ability to work as a team and independently
* Strong client relationship skills
