Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in town planning, urban design, or land use planning, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, urban design principles, and sustainable development, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools, leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
