About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Assessment Team Leader to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited in Wigan. As a key member of our Family Assessment Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting families experiencing complex difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
  • Implement parenting interventions and support parents to develop essential skills
  • Support families with daily living tasks and attend appointments and activities
  • Mentor and develop less experienced staff members

What You'll Need:

  • A Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A management qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • The ability to work flexibly and remain calm under pressure
  • Leadership qualities and experience of mentoring others
