Job Overview

As a Catering Operations Supervisor at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you will be responsible for the supervision of meal service to patients, staff, and visitors. Main Duties

  • CIEHO Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate, or equivalent
  • 706/1/2 City & Guilds or equivalent

Experience

  • Quality Monitoring of food production
  • Substantial experience of large-scale catering operations
