Savills Infrastructure Projects Team Overview:
The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK, consisting of over 60 staff located throughout the country, from entry level to those with over 30 years' experience. We specialize in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects, passionate about delivering high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with third-party stakeholders on behalf of clients regarding land and land drainage matters.
- Arrange and undertake pre-entry records of condition of fields, including identification of existing crops and drainage issues.
- Ensure contractors adhere to agreement provisions and manage lands agreements, including pre-construction requirements, soil handling, and appropriate reinstatement methodology with landowners in conjunction with our Lands team.
- Follow up on requests from landowners for existing land drainage and construction-related drawings.
- Discuss accommodation works with landowners, such as water troughs for stock, accesses, water supplies, fencing, etc.
- Assist the project team in discussions regarding crossing points, including installation, maintenance, and removal.
- Keep landowners informed about construction matters and project requirements.
- Interpretation of construction drawings relative to land rights mapping.
- Assist the construction team in all matters related to land access.
- Support the project team with boundary removal and reinstatement specifications.
