We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our service, who has a passion for improving the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, including social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists. Your goal will be to improve the outcomes and experiences for adults with learning disabilities working with a range of professionals, residents, and their families.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
