Adult Care Professional Development Role

As an Apprentice Support Worker, you will join a dynamic team providing person-centred support to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities and older adults.
- You will play a key role in delivering health & wellbeing activities, supported volunteering, and other initiatives that promote independence and community involvement.
- Our experienced trainers will guide you in developing your skills and knowledge over the next 2 years, preparing you for a successful career in adult care.
- Achieving a strong understanding of the principles of adult care, you will be equipped to make a real difference in people's lives.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension, excellent discount schemes, cycle to work, flexible working policies, career progression opportunities, and generous annual leave entitlement.
