Child Protection Specialist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is a leading provider of specialist social care services. We are currently seeking an experienced Child Protection Specialist to join our Parenting Assessment Team in Redbridge.
As a key member of the team, you will work full-time on a salary up to £49,890 per annum. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex cases and conducting detailed assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
- Preparing comprehensive reports and briefing papers on policy and operational issues to inform decision-making at all levels.
- Fostering an inclusive environment by promoting anti-discriminatory practice and ensuring that all team members meet expectations.
- Maintaining effective relationships with local community groups and other agencies to enhance service delivery.
- Providing guidance, support, and consultancy to colleagues to promote continuous improvement and development.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
