About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration and Customer Service Advisor in Ledbury. As a key member of our customer services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage customer orders and related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online portals.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
  4. Support the team with filing, archiving, and administrative duties, promoting a smooth and efficient working environment.
  5. Ensure timely and effective handling of product returns and customer complaints, providing solutions-driven responses.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience with a strong focus on attention to detail and organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience using customer portals for administration tasks, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in Ledbury, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and a 4:30 pm finish on Fridays. The salary for this position is £23,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.
