About the Job:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Reception and Guest Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our clients and their guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times
  • Manage and coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of guest services operations and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
