Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a safe and productive working environment.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient stock in and out processes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • React to fast-changing situations quickly and positively, ensuring the store remains operational and compliant with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Commercially driven and results-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
