Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support one of our clients in Leeds. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of warehouse operators to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental management policies and procedures.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of housekeeping and safe working practices within the warehouse and yard areas.
- Picking and Fulfillment: Assist in the effective picking of orders on an oldest order first basis and ensure all orders are picked in full and on time.
- Inventory Management: Check computer systems to identify opportunities to maximize availability and on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance.
- Reporting and Communication: Report to the Dispatch Planner on any issues with picking or inventory and request items to be made or manufactured as needed.
- Goods Inwards and Recycling: Manage the Goods Inwards process and arrange for recycling skips to be emptied on a weekly basis.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 10am-6pm. If you are a motivated and organized individual with experience in warehouse operations, we encourage you to submit your application.
