Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support one of our clients in Leeds. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing and operating teams of Warehouse Operators to ensure the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage team performance to meet department targets, including picking targets, quality assurance, and other performance measures.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental management policies.
- Implement and maintain housekeeping and safe working practices within the warehouse and yard areas.
- Assist in the effective picking of orders on an oldest order first basis.
- Check with picking teams to ensure all orders are picked in full and on time.
- Report to Dispatch Planner when items are not available to pick.
- Request items to be made by changing either the mould on line or brand at finishing when the Planner is off site.
- Book onto Delivery notes and 3PL portal any completed orders.
- Publish a list of requirements still outstanding to be manufactured for due orders.
- Arrange recycling skips to be emptied on a weekly basis.
- Manage the Goods Inwards process.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm
