## Job Summary:

As a Physiotherapist at a Barchester care home, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their best possible physical condition. You will be responsible for providing and supervising the delivery of quality physiotherapy, in line with current and evidence-based professional practice, as well as our company policies.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct initial assessments to identify residents' physical needs and develop individual care plans
* Deliver physiotherapy sessions, taking into account each resident's unique needs and goals
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
* Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents to receive physiotherapy

## Person Specification:

* Degree in Physiotherapy
* Current registration with the Health Professionals Council (HPC)

* Background at NHS band 6 or equivalent post-qualification experience
