About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Strategist to join our team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our Credit Risk team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering credit risk strategies that drive business growth and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit risk strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
  • Design and implement credit risk models and scorecards to optimize decision-making.
  • Provide high-quality credit risk insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in credit risk analysis and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with credit risk modeling and scorecard development.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
