OverviewAssist the depot manager in making informed credit and risk decisions, ensuring timely payments from customers while maintaining business relationships. Key objectives include minimizing depot credit risk and maximizing cash flow by processing new account credit applications, identifying potential issues, and escalating them to management.
Responsibilities- Process and verify new account credit applications to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Monitor and analyze customer payment behavior to identify potential credit risks.
- Collaborate with the depot manager to develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risk and maximize cash flow.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on credit risk and cash flow performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of credit risk management and cash flow analysis is essential.
